While most items are returnable, they are subject to the following guidelines:

Requesting a Return Authorization

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA#). RA#(s) expire 30 days after the date of issuance. Item(s) returned after that timeframe will not be accepted. Please note the following procedure:
1. To request a RA# for an item, you may do one of the following:
♦ E-mail us at info@proawusa.com
2. Once processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your RA# and instructions on how to return your item(s) back to our facility.
3. Returning an item(s) may change or void coupon discounts or refunds currently appearing on an order.

Return Shipping Methods

For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as:
          ♦ UPS®
          ♦ Federal Express®
          ♦ USPS®
Please be sure to keep your receipt. PRO ACTIVEWEAR USA cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non-trackable method.

Terms and Conditions

Non-Logo items

         Non-Logo item(s) returned will only receive credit to your account.
         Non-logo items shipped after 30 days are not returnable.
         If you would like to replace the item(s) you have returned, please place a new order.

The following WILL NOT be accepted for return:

          ♦ Item(s) evidencing excessive wear or misuse.
          ♦ Item(s) that have been washed or laundered.
          ♦ Item(s) that have been altered or embroidered.
          ♦ Hemmed/altered bottoms will not be accepted.
          ♦ Item(s) shipped after 30 days.
          ♦ All promo priced items are final sale. No return, exchange or refund.

Restocking Fee
Returns for non-logo, unused, unaltered merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns after 30 days from invoice date.

Logo items
Due to custom embroidery, logo returns are subject to strict guidelines.

The following WILL NOT be accepted for logo-return:

          ♦ Orders approved thru logo confirmation
          ♦ Order(s) that followed logo instructions
          ♦ Changed mind, and/or not as expected
          ♦ Tournament or event leftovers

If you have questions concerning your logo returns, please contact our Logo Department.

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

All of our products are warranted to withstand your normal wear and tear. But occasionally, functional defects may occur. Upon receiving your return, if PRO ACTIVEWEAR USA determines in its sole discretion the defective item(s) can be restored, we will fix and return the item(s) back to you. Free of charge.

 Shipping and handling costs are refunded for defective, damaged or mis-shipped item(s) only. For all other item(s), shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

Note: Refunds for the cost of shipping a returned item back to us are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. If you choose to return an item via an expedited shipping method, you will still only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method.

Art work/Logo Policy

By submitting a design to PRO ACTIVEWEAR USA INC("PROAWUSA"), or using logos stored on this site,
you warrant and represent that you are the sole, legal owner of all rights,
including copyright, to each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name logo, statement, portrait, graphic, artwork,
photograph, picture or illustration of any person or any other intellectual property included in such design.
Furthermore, you warrant and represent to PROAWUSA that the design in no way:
Violates or infringes upon any common law or trademarks, contract rights, moral rights, or rights of public performance.
Is subject of any known notice of such infringement.
Is subject to any restriction or right which would prevent PROAWUSA from

You agree to defend, at your sole expense, any claim, suit,
or proceeding brought against PROAWUSA which relates to, or is based upon,
a claim that any portion of the design infringes or constitutes wrongful use of any
copyright, trademark, or other right of any third party,
provided PROAWUSA gives you written notice of any such claim and provides you
such reasonable cooperation and assistance as you may require in the defense thereof.
You shall pay any damages and costs assessed against GCE and its aliates pursuant to
such a suit or proceeding. Further, you agree to indemnify and hold PROAWUSA harmless from and
with respect to any such loss or damage (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney's fees and costs)
associated with any such claim, suit of proceeding.
All items shown on this web site containing corporate logos or registered trademarks are shown

Purchase of merchandise from PROAWUSA in no way, shape or form grants you permission to
